I have no experience with other vibrating massagers, so I can't compare them; However, I would say that the distance between the drums of the two heads is approximately 6mm. It has 5 speeds (3 speeds is more than enough in my opinion). This is more for people with an average build as the depth of mass is not strong. You need to apply pressure to get a deeper massage. Works well, although not much. What worries me is that in less than a few months of use, the plastic protection of the power cord next to the massagers is falling apart (poor quality).
