I like this thing - it holds/fastens. She definitely doesn't rock. It is easy to insert/remove the device from the holder. cradle screw. It is locked with a safety lever on the front and top. So it's very difficult to adjust when it's mounted on the windshield and I can adjust it with the device in the mount. So you either shoulder your shoulder out of the mount and try to constantly tighten the mount to the windshield to get the right adjustment, or you run out of skin on your fingers and just loosen/tighten the mount to get the right adjustment receive . But I'm super OCD and the angle of my GPS (via iPhone 5 and iPad mini) should be perfect for me. Of course, this was partly influenced by the design of my car's dashboard and windshield (it couldn't be worse for a windshield mount). Even more important news, once you mount it the way you like it will be the best mount I've ever used, including any third-party mount, Garmin, Tom Tom, Apple, or Ram Mount. Super sticky (cause of shoulder pain lol) and no wobble. Highly recommended and full stars for quality and performance. Now if only we could get these designers to actually test these things for practicality and not for "engineering design"!
