It was a very good umbrella until it broke after 2.5 months of infrequent use. It does not stay open, and when closed, the shaft will not collapse or lock. Amazon returns timed out and they don't offer a way to contact the store that sold them. We are trying to contact a manufacturer in China that has an email address on the label as they claim to have a lifetime warranty. We have doubts whether we will actually get a replacement. wish us luck! If we do not receive a replacement, we definitely do not recommend purchasing this item. Update 15/08/2020: We were contacted by a shop allegedly organized by Revain who said they would send us a new umbrella. For now I've raised my rating to 2 stars. Update 08/19/20: A replacement umbrella has arrived. I've raised my rating to four stars. Update 7/8/21: The umbrella broke again, but in a different way. This time a piece of plastic near the top of the umbrella broke and shattered (see second picture), causing the stem to completely detach from the top of the umbrella (first picture). Due to the low usage I had to lower my rating to 1 star.
