ideal for repairing small holes when the fabric is not waterproof
These patches are excellent for repairing small holes in knitted fabrics such as t-shirts or pants. I turn the clothes inside out, sew the edges of the hole and put a plaster. For garments that are washed weekly, they last about a year before I have to reapply the patch. They don't always stick well to items with a waterproof coating. I suspect that many of the people who have edge lift or delamination issues are dealing with this issue.
