Bought M. Size 6/M, 5ft 4in, 140#, Athletic. He carried cakes because he accidentally jumped out. I would have preferred it to be wrapped wide and supportive, but it kept slipping off, so I opted for a vertical twist on the strap. It was cute but fussy.
