The best thing about this product was that it has saved me so many hours of searching for people to talk with at events I am attending! This service allows my team members from all over North America (and even overseas)to connect through our conference calls without having any extra charges added onto their monthly billings which would have been very costly otherwise!! It's great because we are able get everyone together easily when needed - not just during business meetings but also out socialising too.

We've had some issues recently where one person will join us via Skype instead if being placed directly into an audio call however these seem quite rare now compared against how good they were previously? Not really anything specific other than maybe try another platform next time since there may well still exist better options available?? Overall i'm happy using NCPCB though do check your local laws.
