When I opened the box and picked up the camera, I couldn't believe how small this thing was. I tend to withhold judgment until I receive the item as images can be misleading. I paid about $28 for this camera and the only thing I can compare it to is my basic camera (Generation 1) which I paid $99 for which is much larger. The Orhidam matches the Simplisafe in terms of video quality and gives me the ability to record to a micro card, which is impressive. Another great thing is that there are no monthly fees. I also like that there is a built in battery which allows the camera to be wireless. Night vision could have been better, but given the tiny form factor and sub-$30 price tag, I wouldn't complain about that. For the price, this camera is a steal.
