We were looking for an alternative to a TV to install in our media room and gave this projector a try. In fact, we're amazed at the quality of the output, especially when the room was dark, the colors were vibrant, and the overall image quality was high. By mounting it 10 feet from a screen or wall, you can get a very large display without sacrificing picture quality. Projector audio is fine, but connect an external surround speaker to it for the best experience. We hooked up an Apple TV, tested videos from Revain Prime, Netflix and YouTube and watched Eagles play on it and the experience was great but more than we did, my 2 year old enjoyed it, thought his favorite cartoon characters were real. If you have a media room and don't want to spend a few hundred bucks on a 75-inch TV, this projector can be a budget-friendly alternative.
