Very disappointed. Of course, most cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, but I have no doubt that this company does the same because their colors and product descriptions are completely misleading. I was excited to try this product but was so disappointed to find that their tan version is actually a harsh orange-brown - not even close to what is shown. Thankfully it wasn't expensive (you get what you pay for I guess) as it's non-returnable. Make yourself tough and just don't do it. I would let you see my picture with that stupid eyebrow pencil but it looks so awful I can't take it! It reminds me of my high school teacher in 1969, who would draw thin 1940s-style eyebrows on her face and always look surprised because of it. This "pencil"/"tattoo"/marker actually looks like I took a brown marker and drew it on my eyebrows! Serious. It doesn't look like a video at all. It's... oh sigh - just don't believe it. And by the way, it's non-refundable. And it's sort of auburn when it should have been grey.
