With my two month old LO I wanted a different, smaller travel solution rather than pack and play. I used the travel cot for five nights. and it worked great! It was easy to travel with and pack in the car without taking up much space. Lightweight and easy to install, my baby slept great in it. It's similar in size to the Halo Bassinest we have at home. The mattress topper is also similar, however a halo rug will work if needed. My LO kicks a lot at night which is a bit annoying because it makes a little noise on the fabric parts of the side panels. It would be nice if there were rubber grips on the bottom of the cradle as it would be nice to mount the cradle on the dresser instead of the floor, but I didn't feel comfortable because it would slide. Not critical, but it would be nice not to hit the ground. Haven't used the mosquito net yet but the concept seems great and it fits nicely on the bassinet. Overall I'm happy with this purchase and it's just the thing for travel!
