I love my Bluetooth earbuds, but there are just some situations where you just have to have a wired set. The first situation is for work conference calls. I just need the reliability of a wired connection to my phone and the reassurance that my connection is stable. I could hold the phone without earbuds, but I can't do that while driving. Hands free has a lot of noise that goes through and picks up a lot of things you don't want others in an office meeting environment to hear. The second scenario is during a flight. The entertainment system on airplanes still require to plug in earphones. That's where this comes in. The sound quality is great with the added bonus that it had active noise reduction. It's very useful for a plane ride or in a noisy environment, such as an airplane terminal, hotel lobby, or out in a crowded area. These won't be my every day earbuds, but they'll definitely be my go to when I'm calling into a meeting or on a airplane.
