The office chair I used last year started to hurt in my hips as the padding got thinner and even using the gel seat cushion didn't help much. You definitely get what you pay for as I have noticed a huge difference in buying and using this office chair compared to a cheap $100 chair that seems to wear out quickly. The lower back lumbar support is very comfortable and I didn't realize how important it is. The headrest also rises and falls and has very good adjustment. The chair has the default up and down adjustment but can recline by pulling the lever outward, but for my use it is locked. The armrest also rises and can be tilted to the side where your hand rests by pressing a small button on the underside. I've already noticed a huge difference in terms of hip comfort and it makes things easier as I have to sit here 9-10 hours a day and sometimes longer so definitely consider investing in a good chair like this . for a better ergonomic experience 😃
