Like other reviews have mentioned, this bag has no structure so it flops if it's not packed. Really, that's no big deal for me. I put clothes for the five of us in it for an overnight trip with room to spare, even with diapers in the bag. The bottom compartment nicely holds the toiletries bag and a couple pairs of kids shoes, or a few pairs of adult size shoes.The pattern is really cute and the leather has no marks. The zipper held up to the kids pulling on it and the longer strap is handy for when the hubby carries the bag. There was no strange odor and no loose strings. Definitely super cute and super practical. 👌 Might get another pattern for the hubby for work trips.
