This is a small lunch bag. it is suitable for a small meal. As you can see in the photo I took of the 18.5 ounce soup can, the soup can sticks out, but you can still zip it up. two slices of bread barely fit in the container next to it. This is a good lunch bag if you only need to pack a small meal. You can add an ice pack at the top or bottom and still zip it up.
