For the price it's ok.

Softness occurs after soaking in water. I gave it 4 stars because it had an odd smell, shed a few small bits and made the bath water cloudy from what it was layered with when I first started using it. Now that I've soaked and used it a few times, it's a really good sponge. But sea salt is better. It's also big, quite big. Got it for my newborn baby but cut it in half.
