I have to say after receiving this desk undamaged was a feat I didn't think possible. Usually when you buy furniture online, you get damage or missing hardware. Maybe I got lucky or the Ebay warehouse people took a little extra care when they pulled and loaded the desk. Either way, it's nice to receive an order without damage. I will also say it was well packaged, the table tops had plastic corners on every end and had enough Styrofoam packaging to choke a horse. They even put shipping corners on the outside of the box to help reinforce the packaging. SHW did a good job making sure that their products would survive the rigors or transit.This model of desk is no frills. There aren't any shelves, drawers or a place for monitors. There are holes cut for cords to be run through, so they aren't hanging off the back of the desk cluttering the usable space.Assembly was very easy, no instructions are really required. None of the metal legs/structure were bent, dented. No holes miss drilled or stripped out and everything sits level, no gaps or overlapping.What will you get with this desk? No frills, nothing fancy, just functional space for your home office. As for gaming, it's ok for that, not necessarily designed for that purpose, but it can be made to work for that purpose.
