I bought these to use as eyelash curler tubes. They came exactly as described, however I must have overlooked the fact that the top lid is sacred. I just cut small holes in the cap to put the eyelash curler through and then I found that there is no cap on the cap. In the picture I uploaded you can see how the eyelash curler is visible on the top of the cap. It doesn't really matter to me, but it might be a problem for future buyers. Overall I think this is a great deal for the price and if you plan on using it on an eyelash pencil you can buy those cute iridescent buttons on the lid to hide it.
