was damaged I gave it three stars because of a foam problem. I usually buy mre protein which is fantastic. But the price is not that fantastic. So I tried this product. Foaming is a big problem. I don't have to wait an hour to enjoy a cocktail like some other reviewers. I don't have to be a scientist to figure out the best mixing formula for a foam-free cocktail either. Not the best hiking powder. A different taste. I can handle it, but it's not the best. I need to add fruit and such to make it better. So if you're having a hard time, buy it. If not, don't buy this.
