The unit works well and is easy to install. He's very strong. Two complaints: 1. The two front panel screws are thick and unpainted. This drastically ruins the elegant look of an iPad.2 hanging on the wall. Not only are these screws ugly, they also have a Phillips head, making them easy to remove with a standard screwdriver. Not the best choice for public installation. I suggest that the manufacturer replace these screws with good quality torx screws of the correct color. The head of the screw becomes smaller, so it looks better and is better at containing trouble.
