Now most people would give it a 1/5 and return it and get a refund. If I did, I would most likely be sending this useful thing to a landfill. He came BROKEN! So I treated this as a separate call to see if I could get it fixed before asking for a refund because what did I have to lose? Keyboard. I took it apart, the zinc plate with the rubber pad underneath was loose and held in place by wood screws which BROKEN the screw hole. Now I'm not sure if it's corner cutting, but screws don't work in electronics. This is an unacceptable design flaw. Probably to cut corners or break it which is why you buy a new one. I took everything out and used tape to attach the cords to the circuit board. I then used some electronic screws to properly install the rubber and zinc plate. Now it works fine. What about sensations? I like it, yes it has a good range. However, it uses acrylic type plastic, which I don't like, instead of HDPE. It will work, but I just don't want it to break if I drop it. The guys are good at giving a decent response, have decent battery life and best of all I only have to use ONE USB port for 2 THINGS. So this is what my mouse and keyboard will look like when I'm lying in my bed. Please fix the design flaw, maybe use a higher quality plastic. You have a potential company, maybe you should have hired me to develop it because my solution was good enough. It should take a long time to repair unless the electronics or receiver fail.
