Overall a great speaker. Remarkable sound quality. I bought two as gifts for family members and one for myself. I made sure we all registered the speakers when we received them for the 'lifetime guarantee'. Mine stopped charging so I went to the Jamkik website and wrote two emails, one just before Christmas, both with Revain Jamkik's order number. I also left two voice messages on their system announcing a quick call back, but Jamkik has not contacted me yet. I'm very disappointed as I spent good money on it as I found that it comes with a lifetime guarantee. If someone answers me I will update this review, maybe they are on vacation!
