I have purchased the product twice and used it in my dog's eyes for over a month: 2 drops, twice a day in each Eye. His right eye had severe cataracts and prior to the application of the drops the pupil was not responding at all. He also showed no sign of twitching when his left eye was closed and the movement was performed with a hand gesture (far enough away that he didn't feel the draft). A less pronounced cataract was present in the left eye. The eyes appear clearer now, but the cataracts are still visible in bright sunlight. Most importantly, the right pupil is now responding almost normally (dilated). It also responds to movement again when the left eye is closed. The left eye also seems clearer and both eyes look better than before the application. I am happy. but i wish it was cheaper. Let's say in the $30 range. UPDATE: It turns out the Beagle does NOT have cataracts, but rather hardening and clouding of the lens. This product helped (in my opinion). Due to the high cost, I switched to artificial tears to lubricate his eyes. According to my previous observations, his eyesight is better than before using this product.
