The safety latch design means you have to destroy the MC4 connector to disconnect it.

What a waste of $. The safety latch design means you have to destroy the MC4 connector to disconnect it. Of course you can't turn it off manually (manually), is that really a security measure? The secure locking pin cover also means your traditional unlocking tool cannot be used as the locking pin cover prevents the tool from pushing in the unlocking pins. The only way to unplug them once they were plugged in was to destroy the MC4 connector. Too bad I didn't buy 4 packs. Now I have 20 disposable connectors.
