Make no mistake, you won't fit more here than you need. You have to push the sides of the backpack outwards a little to fit everything, but everything fits again. Also, I should note that my Continental whistles are quite light and smaller than many other whistles for this reason. So if your whistles weigh at least 100 grams, you can only get one here. You can also get a driver's license and a credit card, but not car keys or a multi-tool. When you need car keys and an all-in-one tool, you definitely need to take a tube out of the equation. In addition to the fit, the material and workmanship are very good; it won't fall apart anytime soon. The only reason I took off a star is because you get F25 Fixer with this pack, not F11. F25 will work for most applications, but I felt it was misleading and wrong to include it in the tagline. However, if you only want a package to handle absolutely essential functions, then this is very good.
