LOOKS THAT IT HAS BEEN OPENED
I bought this as a Christmas present. It came in a box that looked like it had been broken. The ink tube was covered with a thick layer of dust. I opened the mascara and it looked dry. I'm thinking of giving away or throwing away. Very upset. :(** Haven't used this yet (it's a gift) so it might be ok. Just disappointed with how it turned out.
