Worked for my 6 year old.
I have a very picky 6 year old with his socks and shoes so I wasn't sure how they would work. They were immediately comfortable and he liked the design. He wore them on a 5 mile hike on varied terrain and seemed very happy with them and no complaints! Who knows how long they'll last, but you can't beat the price.
