Very good considering the price. I ordered it for my guest room where it won't wear much. I just want a plain white tailored bed skirt. But like I said, be careful! I took it out of my pocket and went to iron it. I brought the iron too close to the non-woven synthetic portion that goes between the mattress and the box spring and it IMMEDIATELY MELTED the 6 inch "cut"! I've never seen anything like this. I was much, much more careful when ironing the rest of the item. I was able to remove many wrinkles with a medium-sized iron and some steam. The question of how it holds up to washing is debatable. But since it's less than $20, I'm not worried about that. If it gets very dirty, I'll take a different one. More than enough, but not for normal everyday use.
