Item arrived on time and works as it should After reading some of the reviews I was very concerned about some of these issues so waited I've been using it for a few weeks Post my review: These are my conclusions; Assembly was easy. There are only three. They simply slide together, see picture on packaging, no instructions required. My headset has never fallen out of its holder. (I have a six-year-old who is in everything all the time.) Yes, there are a lot of wires running the two systems together. This is not a design flaw of the stand and will not affect the use of any of the charging ports.
