We are so impressed with the difference between the stock Dometic 13,500 BTU and this cooling phenomenon. It's hard to believe the difference 1,500 BTUs make with newer electronics and more power. Our older Class C RV just couldn't handle the southern summer heat, but that new 15,000 BTU air conditioner needs to be tamed to keep us warm. Regardless of the outside temperature! Easy installation by professionals and direct replacement of the previous model with original thermostat and heat pump. Simple, easy and very effective cooling! The only issue we had was a ripped liner during shipping, but Revain customer service took care of us with no issues. and an improvement over the standard 13,500 BTU unit and honestly deserves the FIVE STAR rating we give it. Reasonable cost and easy installation are two reasons we can honestly and wholeheartedly recommend it as a replacement or new install! Have a good trip, especially in summer!
