I like how easy it was to set up my account, there were no problems with setting everything out at first! It's also great because you can use your own phone number from home if needed too instead using their toll free numbers which are expensive sometimes especially when calling outside Canada or US states (which we do often).

There isn't much else i dislike about this program as far as features go but maybe they should add more options such as scheduling appointments? Maybe even some basic accounting software would be nice so people could track money better than just having an excel spreadsheet where all our accounts get transferred into every month/week etc..
