Four stars. After years of using fluffy (much thinner) pillows on my mom's bedside table, I decided on this one and I'm glad I did. The pillow seems to support her 150 pound weight well and sits well in the seat. The clasps were long enough - actually too long for use on a dresser seat (which is thinner than a regular toilet seat) - so I cut about 1 1/2 inches off each strip. 3" knitted fabric cushion for extra comfort (see attached photo). Mom's delicate skin sticks to vinyl and plastic and the "peeling off" effect is very painful for her May change as needed. This process involves slitting the knit material so Velcro can be used, but that's no big deal. Cleaning is easy - just a quick spray and wipe with a bubble bath cleaner. I have a problem with the ends of the pillow are quite pointy and my mum complained of some discomfort from it but I just added another short layer of jersey to even it out and tucked the loose ends under the pillow to round it out.Problem solved.It's basically a small design flaw that can be fixed hence the 4 star rating Overall I think it's good value for money I would buy again.
