So I don't know why this is happening but it's driving me crazy because I have no idea what the problem is. I have a regular sized Samsung Galaxy Note 20. I wanted to be able to hold my phone upright and charge it while working at my desk so I bought this stand. The strangest thing is that on a wireless stand, the phone charges ONLY in a horizontal position. I've tried everything. I adjusted the height, the angle, the charging cable, everything. It charges until I try to rotate it vertically, and at a certain point during the rotation it stops charging and won't start again while the phone is VERTICAL on the stand. I checked the SAME spot on the back of the phone is in contact with the wireless charging area on the mount and YES it's the EXACT SAME PLACE, just ROTATED. But it just won't work. I thought I was crazy so I even showed it to my husband and mother and they can't understand either. It's fine if I were someone who just wanted the phone to be horizontal on the stand, but what I really wanted was the phone only being vertical on the stand. Having to plug it in to charge while it's upright on the stand is totally defeating the purpose, especially since I can't charge the headphones on the bottom charging area at the same time either. So for me it's really a waste of money unless someone can tell me how to figure out why it's not charging vertically.
