I have two small Chihuahuas and I like that they both fit in. First I put them in a basket several times so they could get used to it, and then I attached it to a bike and went for a walk. It's pretty well done. My only complaint would be that the cardboard lining didn't fit very well. It was too big for him and I had to go to Lowes to replace the missing part. Also, the instructions say "Loosen the Phillips head screw" for assembly, but it's actually a hex wrench that you need to loosen and tighten the bolts to the bike. I contacted the seller about the missing part but he never replied so I gave it 4 stars.
