I have a 14 lb dog and he fits perfectly in this bag. It attached to my bike very easily. For extra support, I took a long line, wrapped it under the basket and fastened it in a secure loop. I love all the extra pockets for keys, phone, sunglasses, water etc and love that I can easily detach them and use them as a tote bag. The device feels secure and stable on my bike

I have a 4 pound chihuahua. He loves to ride in his basket. The strap for attachment is excellent. It easily attaches to his seat belts. The basket was too deep for him to see, but I was able to line the bottom so he could see everything. I even bought him a pair of doggles to wear while riding so he doesn't get wind and sun in his eyes. Installation was easy. The pockets are great for storing pet food and supplies. There is also a pocket for a water bottle. Perfect for a day of skiing!

This product feels solid and possibly well made. However, it is actually a bit smaller than it looks in the picture. My bag is missing the quick connector on the handlebars so I couldn't use it and so it's a bit difficult to talk about how easy or difficult the connector is. The company lacks good customer service. Lining is too wide for the pocket, probably a quarter of an inch. I spent 15 minutes trying to get the insert in. On the one hand I could force it in, on the other hand it just didn't fit in all my attempts to remove other earplugs etc. When I tried to put it in, it broke in half. Now one side of my unit is sagging and the liner reinforcement is broken.
