I was very impressed with this bracelet kit. The kit contains high quality materials, especially when compared to other craft kits we've tried where the images of completed projects on the box appear to be composed of materials far superior to those found in the kit. The materials in this set are good - paracord, good quality plastic buckles, and metal charms that are decently heavy and made of durable shiny metal. The instructions are decent, although it took a bit of thought to make sure we were weaving in the correct orientation so the accent color and pendant are positioned correctly. After a little help with the first pair of bracelets, my 9 year old daughter can now assemble an entire bracelet on her own. One thing that would be helpful would be a guide on how to calculate the correct length of cord to make a specific size bracelet. The weave takes up some space around the cord so a cord that only fits around the wrist will weave into a bracelet that is too small so it took a little trial and error to get the size right initially (and you can do not adjust the bracelet size). length after the bracelet is finished).
