Tried replacing the surround satellite with this one, but no receiver settings compensated for the lower volume of this speaker. It looked like the pre-purchase impedance and sensitivity ratings were pretty good, but the experiment was unsuccessful. It's likely to serve many purposes and could cost less than the white speaker grille that comes with it anywhere else you can find it.
