DEFECTIVE and MISSES Photo

1. The VCR arrived and was VERY poorly packaged.2. The VCR hatch was broken.3. The VCR does NOT work. Loading the tape makes a sound like it is grinding the tape to pieces.4. The cables supplied did NOT match the pictures. In the photo you have L, R and video cables (red, white and yellow). There was no yellow video cable, only white and red.5. DELETE was NONE6. MANUAL was missing
