Review on ALTRA Women's 👟 Paradigm 4.5 Performance Shoes by Michael Daniels

I've seen a lot of wear and tear on my legs from high intensity cardio over the years so I usually have pain associated with it. The muscles in my legs cramp and I also get bursitis in both legs. My son recommended these shoes to me so I did a little research to make sure they would fit me. I like the shoe's zero drop and durable outsole because it keeps my foot from bending and cramping. I also like the look and the security I feel with them. The only downside is that they are a bit tight due to my bunions and I haven't seen them in a larger size. However, I have been able to wear them for hours throughout my activity and am hoping to disassemble them so they are a bit wider. The last shoes I bought not from Altra but from another highly reputable brand caused pain and cramps in my feet for an hour so this is a huge improvement over this one!
