Review on elicit by James Richardson

The software is intuitive, easy to learn and use. It works well on my Mac (OS X 10 or greater) as I'm using it mainly for marketing purposes but they have great customer support if you need assistance with issues when set up and so far their response time has been excellent! There might be other, better apps out there that also look good aesthetically, however Elicit does provide some additional functionality not included in others - e.g., it can pull data from your Google Contacts list which allows me to target leads by email addresses rather than just first names which are easier/cheaper to add via manual methods. I like that it is easy to add new keywords and change existing ones. It's also very customizable, which makes it easy to make changes on the fly and test them in real time. The interface can be confusing at first, but once you figure out how to use it, it's great! We are able to track all of our keywords and see what they're bringing us. This has helped us identify weak keywords and improve our rankings.
