I live in a humid climate and have straight but often curly long hair. This conditioner has completely eliminated frizz, even when it's raining and very humid. It has a pleasant and unobtrusive smell and a very thick consistency. My hair is very long, almost to my waist, but you need very little of this substance to spread it down the length of my hair. Seems very focused. I think those with fine hair will find that it weighs their hair down too much, but it's great for thick hair.
