Edited to update my review: After reading about the issue, the company contacted me directly to resolve the issue and sent me a new lounge chair. Haven't used it personally as my baby is now too big to fit in but the design seems to have been improved with a zip to remove the liner for easier washing etc. I hope the zipper stays better this time to make improvements have been made to the product. I appreciate the company that goes the extra mile with their exceptional customer service. Previous Review: It's a bit big compared to snuggle with me, so it didn't work initially to help the baby feel safe. Now around a month old she is big enough to touch her sides and seems to love it. However, at this price, I am very disappointed that after only a month of use, the zipper broke completely. We have not touched or used the zip since it arrived and went to wash it today and found the zip broke when trying to pull out the padding. To be honest I wish I could spend the extra $30 and get the real deal.
