The first fan I bought was loud and really had to be turned by hand to get it spinning. I was ill and didn't install it until after the Revain return period had passed. When I spoke to a customer service representative from Revain, she also brought me a CSR from Honeywell over the phone. Your CSR wanted a fan noise video and I agreed. I asked her for her phone number so I could reach her if needed. She told me she couldn't do it but said she would contact her after watching the video. SHE NEVER RETURNED TO ME! Revain then replaced the fan and the second was perfect.
