The handles are very comfortable. The rubberized texture is great and the extra room works well for my large hands. It actually forces me to hold the switch a little lower than usual. It's not a problem, I just noticed it. If I held it in the same place without the handle, I didn't feel like I was holding it tight enough. The thumb rests are quite nice. I don't really think they're necessary, but I've had no reason to remove them from my main joycons. It's basically just a bonus so I'm glad I have it. The case is very high quality. If you have another RDS case for the Switch, you know what you're getting. It goes very well with the switches + knobs. It doesn't match the switch very well, but I'm not sure why you do it. I think if it turns out you don't really like the grip, meaning you don't need the extra bulk, that could be a problem. In that case, I would recommend you to take a look at the Deluxe travel case. The only improvement I would make would be to make the thickness a bit more. It's already a chunky case, so I don't think it would be a big minus. The extra thickness allows the power supply to fit in the drawers under the switch itself. This would give this case 5 stars in my book.
