It definitely changed something in your brain!!

I love how it makes my life so much easier! The software does all of those things which are mentioned above but more than anything else - its made me realize just why writing down what needs done everyday can be such a pain sometimes. With activewords this has become almost effortless again as everything gets written out automatically when needed (or even before!). This really helped us get our work schedule together quicker too now we don't have to keep going over old notes each week to make sure nothing was missed off etc.

Pros

Very easy for employees/customers
Ease in communication with customers or suppliers about projects that need doing.
Easy scheduling system, you know exactly who is available at any given time easily visible through calendar view no confusion ever anymore :)
Ability create custom forms quickly without having knowledge coding skills
