Description of ActiveWords

ActiveWords is a semantic interface for Windows. It's a productivity tool that dramatically increases your productivity. ActiveWords lets you name computing events with your own language, i.e. text expansion, open documents, navigate to websites, by typing a a letter, a word or an acronym, in any app, any time, anywhere. It gives you back 10-60 seconds a hundred times a day.

Useful and intuitive application that offers many possibilities

The ability to use it multiple ways makes this software very useful once you know how to work with it. I've found myself using it most often when creating new document names in Word. I also love being able to add custom shortcuts from my keyboard without having to go through menus. You can even change which menu items are active! There isn't much I dislike about this program at all. If there were more options available, it would be perfect (as it is now). This program has been great for me as I

Super simple solution for realtime collaboration

I like how easy it was when we first started using this software - no training required! We were able to get up & running very quickly because of its intuitive design (we're not techies). The most helpful feature has been being given access to our entire team so they can work together seamlessly across departments without having different versions/apps installed at each location. There are some minor glitches here & there but nothing too serious as far as functionality goes; just be patient…

  • No need any special equipment or apps other than basic internet connectivity which everyone already gets nowadays

  • I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine

It definitely changed something in your brain!!

I love how it makes my life so much easier! The software does all of those things which are mentioned above but more than anything else - its made me realize just why writing down what needs done everyday can be such a pain sometimes. With activewords this has become almost effortless again as everything gets written out automatically when needed (or even before!). This really helped us get our work schedule together quicker too now we don't have to keep going over old notes each week to make…

  • Easy scheduling system, you know exactly who is available at any given time easily visible through calendar view no confusion ever anymore :)
