Review on ActiveWords by Ryan Nguyen

I like how easy it was when we first started using this software - no training required! We were able to get up & running very quickly because of its intuitive design (we're not techies).

The most helpful feature has been being given access to our entire team so they can work together seamlessly across departments without having different versions/apps installed at each location. There are some minor glitches here & there but nothing too serious as far as functionality goes; just be patient while waiting around during support calls if needed :) Great product overall though!! Our teams have loved working collaboratively from home via activewords since COVID hit us all hard last year.
