I've tried a ton of different pre-workouts, from old-school workouts like C4 Extreme and No-Xplode to "Premium=$$$" pre-workouts like PreJym and pre-kaged. so i know a thing or two about it. Of course, there is no perfect pre-workout for everyone as people have different needs. However, for those looking to build strength and do it at minimal cost, this is a great recommendation. The Supplement Facts label lists many B-complex vitamins. They are efficiently dosed but a bit overpriced but at a safe level. They are designed for long-term benefits such as effects on blood cell counts, brain and nerve cell counts, nitric oxide levels, etc. This is a well thought out list that focuses on strength training. The second set of items below are for the actual training. The selection is quite large overall and mostly in good dosages. List and its effects: Energy from caffeine and theobromine. Training recovery of taurine and beta-alanine (causes tingling/itching). Focus/Mood of L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine & Huperzine. sulfate and L-citrulline malate. This is a great blend of ingredients that contains most, if not all, of what you need for a decent workout. Citrulline Malate 2:1 to get it on the right dosage. In that case you can buy it separately to combine with your pre-workout for a great pump. I consider it professional but lacks creatine. To be honest everyone should take this separately as it doesn't work right before your workout (it should be taken a few hours before your workout, not 15-30 minutes before your workout). Also, the typical dose of creatine in most pre-workouts is negligible, and it's much cheaper to take supplements effectively on their own. While caffeine tops out at 300 mg, which is fine for most caffeine drinkers, the dosage can be excessive. too much for some smaller people. You can reduce the dosage to 50-66% scoops to manage it. Beta alanine can be a turn off for some as they may not like and can avoid pre-workout itchiness as well as any product containing beta alanine. alanine. I have experimented with various advertised supplements, found common elements and in the end I know what works for me. Most premium pre-workouts have many benefits with little to no tangible benefits. Coconut water powder and ingredients touted to promise the biggest pumps and fastest route to muscle growth. These ingredients are practically battle proven and research backed with the possible exception of Huperzine A. Overall this is a great product and I was able to start using it as soon as I ran out of Pre-Kaged Pre-Workout without missing a beat. Iron church with phenomenal value for money.
