Я купил это чуть больше месяца назад, но использовал его только на прошлой неделе - первое впечатление было очень прочным - ручки были очень жесткими - почти до такой степени, что их было трудно согнуть /переместиться на угол, который I wanted. And since light is very light - did this lever have to be so heavy? The clamp holding it to the table/ledge wasn't that strong though - it moved quite easily, especially when trying to adjust the 2 levers. So it's a bit frustrating to put it in its place. I'm not sure if it's because the edge I cut it off is too thick.? This is a standard lift table. (see pic) but once I got it set up - the light itself was great - I love being able to switch from warm to cool light and be able to dim/brighten as needed. I used a phone mount yesterday - realized FaceTime speakerphone would be great - can chat while I work - but couldn't get my phone to stay straight - it kept tipping/sliding to one side. After looking at it I realized that the phone clip had a small tear (see picture) - the phone clip could not be held tight and straight. I checked the other part of the chamber, it can be continued. Hand - a screw with a ring of different sizes. so can't just use it. I went through a reset phase - and to be honest I don't know if I cracked it - when trying to adjust the angle and arm. although I haven't heard anything. I wouldn't feel good coming back when I was broke. But I really don't want to buy a whole new kit - I hope I can buy a spare screw. does anyone know if i can do that? and if so, where from?
