These are ideal for mechanics and other people working in industry where you need to dry your hands due to oil, grease or other dirt. You can use them on your hands, tools, or even house or car cleaning. I will use them in my bathroom and kitchen where hard water stains. Do not use on glass or surfaces that may scratch. A particularly rough side can scratch these surfaces. I wouldn't even use the soft side on them. But for toilets, sinks, and dirty tools and hands, this is great.
