I'm an electrical engineer. I've had these running 24/7 for about two years without issue. Except I noticed a piece of custom-made electronics had stopped working. I finally had the time to debug it and found a short in the system between power and ground caused by a rogue paper clip that got dumped somewhere it had no right to be. This power supply had detected the short and shut off power, a safety feature I never expect to actually be there in third-party power supplies because it's one that can easily be cut out to save a little bit of money.I'm stunned. I fixed the short, the power supply is undamaged, the electronics are undamaged. This is a good product, buy with confidence, and wrap your projects in electrical tape!
